Description

Job Summary:

As a Continuing Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Corewell Health, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care. Working under the direction of an RN, mid-level Provider, or Physician, you will be responsible for:

Assessing patient needs and conditions
Planning and implementing care plans
Administering medications and treatments

Required Certifications:

LPN License
BLS (Basic Life Support)
