Exciting Travel Opportunity for a RN LTC in Brookings, SD

Duration: 13 weeks
Start: 2 weeks after offer
Shift: 4x12 Nights - 48 hours guaranteed

Requirements:
- 2 years of RN LTC experience
- RN State license or compact
- AHA BLS

Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and wound care.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to providers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Develop and update care plans based on resident needs, goals, and clinical findings.
- Supervise CNAs and LPNs, ensuring quality care and adherence to facility policies.
- Coordinate with families and healthcare providers to support resident care and communicate updates.
- Ensure documentation accuracy in medical records, following regulatory and facility standards.
- Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations, infection control practices, and safety protocols.
- Support residents’ daily living needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Travel Pay Package:
- Hourly: $25 | OT: $55
- Stipend: $1,240
- Weekly gross: $2,680 based on 48 hours
