Job Details

• Specialty: Laboratory
• Shift: 4-10 hour evening shifts (7 PM - 5:30 AM)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Certification: ASCP preferred; certification must be achieved within 12 months of hire
• Education:

  • Associate of Science in Laboratory Science preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 50-week military training as Medical Lab Specialist or graduation from an approved Medical Laboratory or Clinical Laboratory training program
• Blood Bank Experience: Required

  • ID badge appointment and policy/procedure review
