Description
Physical Therapist- PT Home Health, Tallahassee, FL
13 weeks
M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
On-call info: On-call required if requested
Travel Area: Tallahassee, Crawfordville, and/or Gadsden County
Productivity Units: 30 units
Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required
Skills
Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
Previous home care experience - Preferred
HCHB EMR preferred
Education
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
