Experience: 1–2 years required; 2 years PTA/technical experience preferred

Associate/Technical Degree or equivalent education/experience – Required
Two years of physical therapy/technical experience – Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license – Required
CPR/BLS (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI-BLS) – Required
