**CALL REQ. Start Date: ASAP Shift: 5x8s 0800-1630 Years of experience REQ: 1 Year First-timers accepted: (Y/N) YES Weekend REQ: Yes weekend shifts required Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? YES Certs: ARRT REQ. Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No; 75 miles Pending State License accepted: (Y/N): Yes; Must obtain prior to starting RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included on the initial submission. RTO requested after the fact will not be considered. *SRHS does have an attendance policy for travelers. If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation subject to SRHS discretion, contract will be reviewed for cancellation.*
