Description

Shift: 3rd shift, flexible hours 15:00-23:30 / 23:00-07:30

No weekends, some OT may be optional as needed.

Unit Details: We are seeking a skilled Travel Histology Technician to join our team. The primary responsibilities will include:
Routine paraffin embedding
Microtomy and sectioning for routine H&E staining
Immunohistochemistry (IHCs) and molecular procedures
Processing information and office orders
Minimal special staining and processing duties
Requirements:
Certification: ASCP-HT (American Society for Clinical Pathology - Histotechnician)
Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in histology, with specific expertise in microtomy and paraffin embedding.
