• End Date: March 9, 2026
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required
• Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, eligible for Ohio nursing jobs
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Ability to float within the hospital and to nearby affiliate healthcare facilities as needed
• First-time travel nurses are encouraged to apply
• Must pass a comprehensive background check (no DUIs or background hits)

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse medical-surgical population
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process
• Float to other units or affiliate hospitals within the Akron, Ohio area as required
