Contract & Pay Structure

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Daily OT after 24 hours (based on differential)
• Weekly OT after 40 hours (based on differential)
• Pricing negotiations permitted
• No On-Call
• Locals accepted (<50 miles) – local rate applies

Position Overview

Seeking a highly skilled Progressive Care / Stepdown RN to join the 3 East PCU team. Candidate will care for high-acuity monitored patients, requiring strong critical-care assessment skills, rhythm interpretation, and management of cardiac/telemetry-based drips and interventions.

Unit requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient condition.

Holiday requirement: Must work either Christmas or New Year.

Floating Expectations

Travelers may be asked to float to:

• Concord Hospital – Laconia (80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH 03246)
• Concord Hospital – Franklin (15 Aiken Ave, Franklin, NH 03235)

Submission Requirements (must be included for consideration)

✔ Up-to-date resume showing 2+ years PCU / Stepdown experience and travel experience (if applicable)
✔ 2 recent specialty-specific Charge/Manager RN references
✔ Skills checklist – Progressive Care / Stepdown
✔ Active NH or Compact RN license at time of submission
✔ NURSYS license verification with all active RN licenses
✔ RTO MUST be listed at time of submission

Required Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS

Preferred Experience

• Cerner EMR experience preferred (not required)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong PCU/Stepdown clinical background
• Competent with high-acuity telemetry / monitored drips
• Proficient in rhythm interpretation and rapid clinical response
• Team-oriented with positive communication skills
• Comfortable floating within the Concord health system if needed
