Description

Duration: 13 Weeks |

Shift: Day (4x12-Hour, 07:00 - 19:30)

Role: Experienced Registered Nurse for a fast-paced PICU/CVICU unit.
Requirements: 2+ years of high-acuity PICU experience (3+ years for first-time travelers), strong general cardiac experience required.
Must have BLS and PALS (AHA), and experience with Epic charting.
Key Skills: Ventilator Management, Arterial/Central Line Management, Pediatric Dosage Calculations, and basic Arrhythmia interpretation (Telemetry exam required).
Ratio: 1:1.
Floating: Required (may float to NICU and general care).
Note: Focus on candidates with CVICU/strong cardiac experience and Level II Trauma required (Level I preferred). Local rule (50-mile radius) applies.
