Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, wound care, and physician-ordered treatments.
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and provide postoperative care, including pain management and recovery monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and operate medical equipment such as cardiac monitors, IV pumps, catheters, and feeding tubes.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Document patient status, interventions, and progress accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Respond to emergencies and intervene using critical thinking and clinical judgment.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment following infection control protocols.
• Coordinate care transitions, including discharge planning and follow-up care instructions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• ADN or BSN degree (depending on facility requirements).
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with telemetry, IV therapy, wound management, and post-surgical care is often preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• BLS required; ACLS often preferred or required.

* For 36hrs, Total Pay : $2110/week
