Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN contract basis. The ideal candidate will be an experienced clinician who is confident working independently, has strong patient-focused skills, and can provide high-quality evaluations and treatments across various settings.

This position offers flexibility, competitive PRN rates, and the opportunity to work with a supportive therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
• Document all services accurately and timely in the EMR
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with state licensure, ethics, and facility policies

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in the state of practice
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous clinical experience in acute care, outpatient, SNF, or home health (facility-specific)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a variable PRN caseload
