Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a skilled nursing rehabilitation team. The PTA will implement patient treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life in a post-acute care setting.

Responsibilities

Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
Document patient progress and communicate any changes or concerns to the therapy team
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support patient goals
Provide education to patients and caregivers related to therapy programs

Requirements

Active state PTA license
Minimum of 1 year experience
Must be able to work variable shifts
No bilingual requirement
Holiday coverage not required

Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications and hold the required certifications to be eligible for application.
