Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract working within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This role includes a 30-hour weekly guarantee and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while providing patient-centered rehabilitative care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing environment
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team
- Document progress according to professional and regulatory standards
- Contribute to patient education and discharge planning as needed
Job Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Hours: Guaranteed 30 hours weekly

Requirements:
- Active and current Occupational Therapy state license
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
