📋 Requirements & Experience:

Active CST Certification (NBSTA required)
BLS (AHA)
Minimum 2 years recent CST experience
Must have strong experience in:
• Spinal & cranial neuro surgery
• daVinci robotics
• Ortho trauma
Familiarity with OR turnover and sterile technique workflows
