Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiology Clinic team. The RN will support cardiologists and advanced practice providers by delivering high-quality patient care, performing clinical assessments, and coordinating care for patients with cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical support in a cardiology outpatient clinic.
• Conduct patient assessments, obtain vital signs, review medical histories, and document findings.
• Assist with cardiac-related procedures such as EKGs, stress tests, Holter monitor placement, and medication administration.
• Triage patient calls, manage walk-ins, and provide patient education on cardiac conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Prepare exam rooms, ensure equipment is functioning, and maintain sterile technique where necessary.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, diagnostic testing, referrals, and medication refills.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the facility’s EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
