DESCRIPTION:

Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry (MS/Tele) – Nights (Travel Contract)

Shift: 3x12s, Nights,
Schedule: Every Other Weekend (EOW); Holidays as required
Location: Greensboro, NC 27401
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years RN experience
First-Time Travelers: Accepted!

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a fast-paced MS/Tele environment
Perform and interpret basic EKG rhythms (Pass/Fail EKG exam required during onboarding)
Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Float to other units or facilities

Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
ACLS – Required
NIHSS – Required
EKG Exam – Must pass during onboarding
EPIC experience – Required
Previous Charge RN experience – Preferred
Travel experience – Preferred but not required
