Description

Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room
Location: Marshall, MI
Start Date: Jan 05, 2026
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 4×10-hour shifts (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Submission Requirements

• 2+ years Surgical Tech experience – Required
• 1 year Previous travel experience – Required
• Competency in Ortho Totals & Neuro Spine – Required
• DaVinci Robotics experience – Required
• NBSTSA Certification – Required (verification must be submitted)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective perioperative care for surgical patients in collaboration with the RN.
• Prepare and maintain the physical surgical environment prior to patient arrival.
• Assist the RN with developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Follow all hospital protocols, infection control standards, and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate competency in surgical instrumentation, sterile technique, and OR workflows.
• Support surgical procedures including Ortho Totals, Neuro Spine, and DaVinci Robotic cases.
• Respond to surgical needs in a fast-paced operating room environment.
