Description

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. This role requires strong technical ability, reliability, and confidence working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is experienced in performing radiologic procedures across various settings, including surgical/OR cases.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures following established protocols
Provide imaging support in the operating room and surgical environments
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, surgeons, and other clinical staff
Ensure safe radiation practices and compliance with all regulatory standards
Participate in required call shifts as assigned

Required Qualifications

Active Kansas Radiologic Technologist License (LRT) – required
1–2 years of recent hospital Radiology experience
Proficient in OR/Surgery imaging
ARRT certification preferred
BLS (AHA) required
Ability to work independently and meet the physical demands of the role

Schedule: Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Hours: 40 hours weekly Call Requirements: Every 4th weekend (Fri 17:30 – Mon 06:30) Tuesdays (17:30 – 06:30) License Requirement: Must already have an active Kansas LRT license (no exceptions)
