Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical/Telemetry
Location: Plymouth, MA
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 12/29/2025
Shift: Nights | 12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry (49-bed unit)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. This unit cares for adult and geriatric patients with a variety of acute medical conditions and multiple comorbidities. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and effective time-management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
Monitor telemetry, perform assessments, and administer medications safely.
Utilize Meditech EMR for all charting and documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans.
Maintain compliance with facility and unit protocols.

📘 Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN License
Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS
Recent Telemetry and Med/Surg experience required

Must pass required ECG/Tele Test and Medication Test (proctored via Zoom, scheduled within 48 hours of tentative offer) No local travelers (must live 50+ miles away)
