5. Assignment is in the Med-Surg Float Pool, giving you exposure to 15 specialty units without being locked into just one.

6. Flexible mix of 8s and 12s, with rotating shifts—good for people who like variety.

7. NO CALL required.

8. Hospital uses Epic, and this role requires experienced nurses—great environment for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings.

9. Scrub color is any color—no dress code restrictions, wear what you're comfortable in.
