Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights | Wrangell, Alaska

Permanent Full-Time | $90,000–$117,000/year
$25K Sign-On Bonus + $10K Relocation + $25K Annual Geographic Differential

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver and supervise total nursing care during assigned shifts
  • Develop and support patient care plans
  • Uphold infection control and patient safety standards
  • Maintain accurate charting & documentation
  • Communicate effectively with providers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Respond calmly and effectively in emergencies
  • Supervise CNAs/Techs and support staff
  • Assist with department policies, goals, and training
  • Provide compassionate care to patients of varying physical and emotional needs

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
  • Active RN license (AK or any U.S. state — AK license must be active by start)
  • BLS required; ACLS & PALS required within 6 months
  • Less than 1 year experience acceptable; acute care, ED, or LTC experience preferred
