Description

Ultrasound Technologist (General) – Permanent

Fort Dodge, IA | Monday–Friday | No Call/Weekends
$35–$50/hr | $10,000 Sign-On | $5,000 Relocation

UnityPoint Health – Trinity Regional Medical Center is seeking a motivated General Sonographer to join their Ultrasound team in Fort Dodge, IA. This is a fantastic full-time, weekday-only role with excellent work-life balance and strong benefits.

⭐ Position Highlights

Permanent role – Full Time (.9 FTE)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
No call, no weekends
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
$5,000 Relocation Bonus
Highly supportive imaging team & direct collaboration with radiologists
Competitive hourly rate: $35–$50/hr

Responsibilities

Perform general ultrasound studies, including procedural scans
Maintain accurate patient records & appropriate supply levels
Provide age-appropriate care for all patient populations
Assist in updating policies, procedures, and imaging protocols
Support and mentor students during clinical rotations
Communicate effectively with radiologists and healthcare team
Uphold departmental and organizational standards

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound program
ARDMS certification required
ARRT (accepted if applicable)
CPR certification required
1–2 years of prior ultrasound experience
