Description

Medical Laboratory Technician – Core Lab and Blood Bank
Location: Trenton, NJ 08638
Schedule: 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. | 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Travel Pay: $2,768.00
Local Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Overview:
A skilled Medical Laboratory Technician is needed for the Core Lab with required Blood Bank experience. This role supports essential overnight operations and requires a dependable technician with strong technical ability and demonstrated clinical competency.

Requirements:

ASCP or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of recent MLT experience
Must have Blood Bank experience
Every other weekend required
Occasional holiday coverage required

Responsibilities:

Perform testing within the Core Lab and Blood Bank
Follow established laboratory protocols and quality processes
Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
Ensure accurate, timely reporting of results
Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth overnight workflow
