Description

Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility | Braintree, MA

MedAdventures is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility in Braintree, MA. In this role, you’ll help residents regain mobility, strength, and independence while working within a supportive, collaborative rehab team.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide individualized physical therapy services to SNF residents
Develop and implement treatment plans to improve functional mobility
Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts PT license
SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care
