Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – LTAC | Philadelphia, PA (PRN)
MedAdventures is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this PRN role, you’ll provide expert respiratory care 2–3 shifts per week, supporting critically ill and medically complex patients.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory therapy services, including ventilator management, airway care, and oxygen therapy
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient progress and therapy interventions
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania RRT license
- LTAC, ICU, or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care
