Labor and Delivery and bonus if they know post-partum 10 labor beds 16 post-partum Obstetric Variety of cultures AWHONN staffing guidelines same 1 ob tech for the whole floor, PRN Nurse aides and second tech helping 12 hour shift 6:30a-7p, 1830p-0700a classroom then 2-3 shifts every third weekend, and depending on need could be E/O weekend depending on need 2-3 shifts on the floor Yes Educator, Manager, NICU Supervisor, Perinatal Safety Specialist Labor and Delivery patients, high risk ob patient, triage, c-section with circulating, post-partum couplets Experience: Must be able to independently manage ante partum and laboring patients. Also required 2 years Labor and Delivery experience with the ability to also do couplet care. Will float between these units. Looking for nurses with extensive L&D experience. RN will be caring for patients with inductions, vaginal deliveries and recoveries, OB circulations, c-section deliveries and recoveries. RN will be caring for antepardums and high risk OB patients. Oxytocin, magnesium, fluids, epidural, blood pressure medications EPIC preferred. epic yes IV Pumps, SCD's Patient Sats currently at 98, Blues Distinction Designated Plus We have such a great working team and unit culture Summers are always busy but still get pretty good ratios post-partum teamplayer, critical thinking, great communcation
