Description

Position: RN – Home Health

Position Type: Full-Time Contract

Duration: 13 weeks (high possibility of extension)

Shift: Days | Mon to Fri | 8 am to 4:30 pm

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week | 8 per day

Location: Portland, OR 97225

Local Candidates: Accepted

Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)

• 1 year of Home Health Experience – Required • Oasis Experience – Required • RN License OR – Required • BLS (AHA) – Required • COVID Card in addition to one booster. – Required
