Requirements:

• Shift: 3x12 Variable (Days or Nights based on facility needs; no routine rotating shifts)
• Assignment Duration: 13 or 26 weeks (Traveler’s choice)
• Patient Ratios: 1:20
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of LTC experience
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Skills Required: Long Term Care Experience
• Floating: Yes — within scope as needed
• Local Candidates: Not accepted — permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility
• Pending License: Accepted (must have submitted application & fee; proof required)
• RTO: Little to none; must work holidays; all RTO must be submitted at time of profile
• Guaranteed Hours: 84 hours per 2 weeks (may be called off for 1 twelve-hour shift every 2 weeks)

Housing & Vehicle Information

Facility provides housing and a rental vehicle:
• Housing is typically 1-bedroom; no pets allowed
• Housing available 72 hours before start and 24 hours after contract end
• Traveler responsible for cleaning unit upon departure
• Extra occupants require prior facility approval

Vehicle Details:
• Company-owned shared-use vehicles provided
• Available 72 hours before start and 24 hours after contract end
• Only the traveler may operate the vehicle
• Must provide driver’s license and proof of personal insurance (with rental coverage)
• Vehicle use restricted to 30-mile radius, no off-road use
• Must return vehicle during time off; new vehicle issued upon return
• Tire chains available at additional traveler cost
• Vehicle must be returned clean and with a full tank
