Description

Tripod Partners is seeking a dedicated Level II Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the successful candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care while promoting service excellence and professional development. This role may also involve expanded responsibilities, including charge nurse duties, precepting new staff, and participating in committees.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver competent nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards.
Serve in expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member as needed.
Engage in professional development and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Current RN License (NY License only)
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Telemetry experience required
BLS Certification (AHA only)
