Description

Candidate fully meets Level III NICU requirements with strong IV skills and extensive experience with high-acuity neonates (preemies, respiratory, sepsis, withdrawal). Proficient with Cerner, Phillips monitors, and advanced ventilators including HFV, Draeger, Nitric, and NAVA. Holds BLS, NRP, and PALS.

Comfortable floating to Peds and working with surrogates.

All required documents and RTO included at submission.
