Night 4x12-Hour (19:00–07:00) – Job Description Required Skills / Certifications / Experience Minimum Experience: 2 years Traveler Experience: First-time travelers accepted Locals: Accepted (rate difference may apply) Required Skills: Fetal Heart Monitoring Required Certifications: ACLS, NRP, AWHONN, BLS Preferred Skills / Certifications STABLE Job Details Ratios: 1:1–2 Shift: 12-hour Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (36 or 48 hours per week) Float Requirements: May float to Med-Surg, CNA tasks, secretary role, or general helping hands Weekend Requirement: Based on departmental needs Patient Diagnoses Unit had approximately 100 births last year — low volume LDRP unit (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum): RN will care for both mother and baby Unit Details / Special Procedures LDRP unit with higher-acuity and high-risk cases This is a small unit requiring strong, autonomous experience Candidate must be confident managing both mother and infant care Special Equipment Strong experience required due to the level of autonomy expected Unit Systems Medication / Documentation / Communication: Centricity Meditech Magic Scheduling & Orientation Scheduling Type: Manager scheduled Unit Orientation: Provided Scrubs: Navy Blue Shift Info: Night, 4x12-hour, 19:00–07:00
