Description

Position/Specialty: RN - Med Surg

Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 01/12/2026
Scheduled Hours: 36 (12 X 3)

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg RN experience
Previous Float Pool experience preferred but not required
Must be comfortable floating to any Med/Surg area at Grady

Certifications:

Active RN license (Georgia or Compact)
BLS (AHA)

Skills:

Proficiency in EPIC EMR (mandatory)
Ability to adapt quickly to different units and workflows
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Team-oriented, flexible, reliable
Ability to handle high acuity and diverse patient populations
