Description

Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient
🕒 Shift & Hours
Weekly Hours: 40

Shift: Day

Scheduling Options:

4x8s with a half day on Friday

5x8s (standard weekdays)

Flexibility: Manager open to scheduling requests (must be included in submission)

📅 Assignment Length
Minimum: 13 weeks

Extension: Open to longer assignments if preferred by HCP

Submission Requirements Minimum Experience: Outpatient Physical Therapy experience required (exact years of experience to be specified by facility) Licensure/Certifications: Current state license (must be active by start date) Other: Resume must clearly reflect outpatient experience
