NO OREGON LICENSE NEEDED TO SUBMIT! Facility will apply for Temp on candidate's behalf.

Recent (in the past 2 years) acute care hospital experience -REQUIRED
2 years experience of intermediate/progressive care experience -REQUIRED
Facility would consider a candidate with PCU/IMCU/Telemetry/Stepdown experience
Certifications don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
OR license don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
On Call: On Call schedule to be determined by facility
Weekend: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
State Licenses: Oregon
