The ideal candidate will support patient rehabilitation plans under the direction of licensed physical therapists and contribute to improving mobility, function, and overall patient well-being.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Assist in executing individualized therapy treatment plans</li><li>Help patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence</li><li>Track and document patient progress and responses to therapy</li><li>Educate patients and families on safety and exercise techniques</li><li>Collaborate closely with the rehabilitation team and facility staff</li><li>Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Active and current <strong>PTA license</strong> in applicable state</li><li>Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred (less than 1 year acceptable)</li><li>Strong communication and patient-care skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team environment</li></ul><h3><strong>Additional Details</strong></h3><ul><li>One position available</li><li>Maximum of 3 submissions per job</li><li>No holiday coverage required</li></ul>
