Description
Genie Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Long Term Acute Care facility for a 13 Week Contract in Birmingham, AL
- Contract Start: 2 Weeks From offer
- Shift: 3x12s Days or Nights EOW/EOH
- Blended Hourly Rate: $57 (stipend + taxable)
Locals accepted at same rate with weekly stipend - Local rate may change if you opt out of stipend
Requirements:
- Active AL or Compact RN License
- Degree from accredited nursing program
- BLS & ACLS Certifications
- 1.5-2 years of recent RN experience in an Long Term Acute Care setting
- Experience with Vents, Trach's, Drips, EG Tubes and able to read Tele-strips

- This is not a long-term care facility, SNF, or nursing home—it is a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital!
- LTACH RNs participate in patient care meetings, manage pain relief, assist with urgent procedures, and support families with treatment plans.
