Shift: Days | 5x8s (08:00–17:00)

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience
OASIS training & experience required
Private Duty Home Health experience alone will not be accepted
Strong IV skills & wound care
Experience with General Medical Dx & High-Risk Dx (HF, COPD, MI, Pneumonia, Stroke)
Post-op care experience
BLS required
Home Skilled Visits: 6–8 per day
