Description

Interim Quality Director/IP. Must be an RN. Long-term care experience. RN that has worked on quality measures/initiatives  Not currently in survey window. At least needs to be an RN and also have knowledge of the QAPI program and Infection prevention program/certification.

Census/Bed Size: currently at 50 out of 68 beds

On Call: Yes
