Pay Breakdown (36-hour week):

• Hourly Rate: $33
• Regular Pay: $792
• OT Pay: $554
• Stipend: $1,880
• Weekly Total: $3,266

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate ICU RN to provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality care under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and treat critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Administer medications, infusions, and ventilator management per protocol.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions.

Qualifications:

• Active California RN License (required)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
