Description
Job Duties
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including 2D, 3D (DBT), and digital mammography.
- Work in a high-volume outpatient setting (~65 exams/day).
- Operate mammography equipment (Hologic*) and ensure image quality before submission.
- Use Epic and PACS for workflow, documentation, and image management.
- Verify patient ID, obtain brief history, explain procedures, and ensure comfort/safety.
- Maintain FDA/MQSA-required CEUs, documentation, and compliance standards.
- Follow department protocols; maintain cleanliness and supply levels in exam rooms.
- Collaborate with radiologists and staff to ensure efficient patient flow across 3 rooms.
Qualifications
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) required.
- Minimum 2 years mammography experience (outpatient experience required).
