ICU RN - Tuba City, AZ

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of prior ICU experience

Required Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Required Licensure & Certifications

Must have and maintain throughout employment:

Current, valid, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory)
Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association

Must obtain within 6 months of hire:

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – American Heart Association
Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR)
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
