Notes: Must have prior at-home care experience

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in one or more of the following:
- Medical-Surgical
- Maternal & Child Care
- Critical Care
- Pediatrics
Current Adult Home Care experience is required

Education

Required:

Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program

Certifications & Licensure

Required:

Active New York State RN License
Primary Source Verification of RN license/registration from the NYSED
AHA BLS
