Unit Notes
**CHOMP is a NICOTINE-FREE facility - all drug reports must have a negative result for nicotine/cotinine. If tested positive, will submit for review if traveler has been prescribed a nicotine patch. For all reports with no legitimate reason for positive nicotine/cotinine, the contract will be cancelled.
Licensure/Certifications
State of California RN license required. American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required. APIC Certification in infection prevention and control preferred but not necessary.
