Position: MRI Technologist
Facility: My Michigan Health - Midland
Unit: Diagnostic Radiology
Duration :13 weeks
Location: 4000 Wellness Dr, Midland, MI 48670
Weekly Gross Pay: $2528/ Week
Shift : Day and Evening
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM & 03:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Weekend Requirement: Every other Weekend

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MRI Technologist to join our Diagnostic Radiology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced 324-bed hospital. You will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnoses and positive patient outcomes. The department operates Epic EMR and utilizes Siemens MRI systems, offering a modern and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans following established protocols and safety standards.
Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and proper alignment.
Review patient medical history and physician orders to determine appropriate imaging techniques.
Operate and maintain Siemens MRI equipment, ensuring optimal performance; report issues promptly.
Monitor patients during imaging and respond to any concerns or emergencies.
Collaborate with radiologists to ensure optimal image quality for interpretation.
Ensure accurate documentation within the Epic EMR system.
Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and infection-control policies.

Requirement:
2+ Years of Experience - Required
ARRT & BLS (AHA) - Required
Siemens Experience - Required
