About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Vallejo, CA. This role requires technical expertise, prior travel experience, and a commitment to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients undergoing radiation therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer radiation treatments in accordance with physician prescriptions and established protocols.
• Prepare patients for therapy sessions and ensure proper positioning and comfort.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient responses and document treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory guidelines to protect patients and staff.

Requirements

• Certification: ARRT R.T.(T) required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Radiation Therapist.
• Travel Experience: Prior travel assignment experience required.
• BLS Certification: Required.
