Certifications / Requirements

Experience: 2 years
Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
BSN: Not required
License:
- Oregon license NOT required at submission
- OR 90-Day Emergency License available

Clinical Details
Charting: MEDITECH 5.66
Common Diagnoses:
- CHF
- Diabetic complications & wounds
- Pneumonia (bacterial & viral)
- COPD exacerbations
- Hip fractures
- COVID-19
- Post-op (TURP, hip/knee replacements, cholecystectomy, appendectomy)
Pediatrics: May have general peds patients
Drips: Heparin, Bumex (infrequent titration)
Respiratory Equipment: CPAP, BiPAP, High Flow
Telemetry:
- Monitored by CCU
- Tele board visible to Med Surg
- RNs read strips
