Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (option for 4x10s)
Assignment Length: 3–6 months (possible extension)

Overview:
Seeking a Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in a rural Tribal community setting. You will work alongside strong clinical support staff and benefit from advanced documentation tools that improve workflow and charting efficiency.40 hours/week, Mon–Fri or 4x10 option

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient primary care for all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute & chronic conditions
• Perform joint injections and incision & drainage (I&D) procedures
• Order and interpret labs/diagnostics
• Document clinical encounters using NextGen EHR
• Collaborate with onsite team and provide patient-centered care

Support Staff:

• 1 Registered Nurse (RN)
• 2 Medical Assistants (MAs)
• Onsite NextGen trainers and documentation support staff
• Clinic uses AI ambient documentation software to significantly enhance charting efficiency

Requirements:

• Any State NP license & national certification
• DEA (or eligible)
• Primary care experience preferred
• BLS required

• Comfortable with joint injections and I&D procedures (Preferred)
