🩺 What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Decision Unit RN, you will:

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based acute care using the full nursing process.
• Provide culturally aware, patient-centered care across diverse patient populations.
• Partner closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Communicate effectively through bedside reports, rounds, and patient education.
• Document care accurately and efficiently to support safety and quality standards.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, shared governance, and team collaboration.
• Serve as a mentor, preceptor, and positive clinical role model to peers and new nurses.
• Support resource-efficient, high-quality care across the patient continuum.

📘 Education & Credentials

Required:

• Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma
• Current RN License (GA or Multi-State Compact)
• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

🛠 Experience Needed

✔ Minimum 5 years of RN experience required
✔ Direct acute care patient experience preferred
✔ Strong background in fast-paced clinical environments is a plus
