Full-Time • Night Shift

Job Description
Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Hospice team for the Night Shift. This role focuses on delivering high-quality end-of-life care, symptom management, and family support in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients during night hours.
Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage symptoms effectively.
Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.
Offer emotional support and education to patients and families.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospice policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Active Georgia RN license (or eligibility).
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; hospice/palliative care preferred.
BLS required.
Strong clinical judgment, compassionate approach, and excellent communication skills.
